What my weekend should look like: Nov 5-7, 2010

Friday, November 5th, 2010

Since it seems all I do is complain about work, or laugh at myspace marriage proposals, or the occasional weekend recap, I think that the weekend recap should be a thing that I do all the time.  And it felt pretty fun to do what I did at the beginning of the week, by posting both my expectations and posting what really happened.

I think I’ll try to make this a trend.

Friday I’ll post what I plan on doing over the weekend.
Monday I’ll post what actually happened on the weekend.

So here’s what I’m planning this weekend:

Friday night:
17:45 – Body Attack gym class.
19:00 – Go home. Farmville. Sleep.

Saturday:
09:30 – Demo(nstration) class for martial-arts cardio at gym. We get sticks!
??:?? – Demo(lition) of a house for Wayne Manor music video shoot.
??:?? – cuddle with my cuddley-boo.

Sunday:
??:?? – Sleep in while Cuddley-boo goes to work.
12:00 – Sell off excess CD’s/DVD’s at Sonic Boom
16:00 – Bondage/Fetish photo shoot with photographer I met on okC
18:00 – Flag Football game – Grapists vs Sunday Football Team 5B
19:00 – Flag Football game – Grapists vs Illegal Contact
20:30 – Cuddle with my cuddley-boo.

Check back Monday to see what really happened!

Mostly for me to remember…

Currently my BodyPump class generally consists of the following weights:

  • Warmup – 2 x 2.5kg
  • Legs – 4 x 2.5kg
  • Chest – 2 x 2.5kg + 2 x 1kg
  • Back – 2 x 2.5kg + 2 x 1kg
  • Shoulders – 2 x 2.5kg + 2 x 1kg
  • Legs (again) – 2 x 2.5kg
  • Triceps – 2 x 2.5kg
  • Biceps – 2 x 2.5kg

And that’s… going pretty good for me. I should really go to the Dr. soon regarding my leg and that weirdoid numb spot that actually does start to bother me when I’m at the gym. But… apparently still too busy.

Right now my exercising schedule looks like this:

  • Monday – Body Pump
  • Tuesday – Body Combat
  • Wednesday – Body Pump
  • Thursday – Unicyling
  • Friday – Body Attack
  • Saturday – Nothing/”Rest”?
  • Sunday – Flag/Touch Football (in a few weeks)

So I’m kinda busy. I also have a schedule for TV watching too. It’s crazy and epic all at the same time.

Still haven’t doubled up on classes yet, probably won’t. I’m STARVED by the end of the first class I can’t imagine waiting another 90 minutes before actually eating anything!

All next week is going to be work funnies BTW. Stay tuned!

Workouts Setpember 1 – 15, 2010

Friday, September 17th, 2010

September 1 – Hot Yoga – 247 lbs
September 2 – Nothing    - 250 lbs
September 3 – Body Attack
September 4 – Nothing (CNE)
September 5 – Nothing
September 6 – Nothing
September 7 – Body Combat
September 8 – Body Pump – 246 lbs
September 9 – Nothing – 246 lbs
September 10 – Body Attack – 246 lbs
September 11 – Nothing
September 12 – Nothing
September 13 – Nothing (Implant) – 249    lbs
September 14 – Body Combat – 247 lbs
September 15 – Body Pump – 246 lbs

It’s getting better, fewer nothings and my weight overall does seem to be dropping which I’m happy for.   I’m really liking the pump class even if my legs don’t seem to enjoy it as much as I am, I’ve now had both instructors (for the Monday/Wednesday classes but never for the correct time slots) and they’re both really fun.

The implant is made it a bit difficult so I’m hoping it heals quickly so I can grip properly again. Was concerned about letting weights go flying after the implant but I’m okay. Pushups also sucks with sutures in fingertips.
