OMG.
I have to try this.
Today I have a dentist appointment at 2:15pm, so I’m leaving work early.
Hopefully I’ll be done before 4pm (hope hope hope!) and then I can head back to the gym.

I just checked, Wednesday 4:45pm is Body Combat. And 5:45pm is Body Pump that I want to go back to. I want to see if doing two hours of classes would be a good idea… and if it’s a good idea on a regular basis.

If this is actually doable (two classes in a row) I think I might want to start doing that whenever possible.

Because…

Day 5:45 pm 6:45 pm
Monday Body Pump Body Jam
Tuesday Body Combat Body Pump
Wednesday Body Pump
Thursday
Friday Body Attack Body Flow

Truthfully I can’t imagine doing that all the time, I go from work straight to the gym so that means I wouldn’t be eating dinner until at the earliest 8pm or 8:30pm…

Also I don’t want to totally burn myself out and end up skipping the gym for 3 months after I do that for a month.

But Friday Body Attack + Flow should be a good combination (but I don’t want to delay going to see my snuggley-boo Friday nights!) Maybe I should just stick to Monday Pump then Jam. and Friday Attack than Flow.

Well… I’ll see what happens! Here’s hoping! (That I don’t have any cavities!)
