June 11 – Softball practice + Unicycling

June 13 – 25 + 25 + 25 modified pushups
June 14 – Nothing
June 15 – Body Combat class
The “nothing”’s are dwindling slightly.
I’m happy that I’ve started going back to the classes, that’s for sure. It’s exciting to do something that at least pushes me a little bit, whereas I’m pretty lazy when I’m on my own. I think this is going to work well. Not to be defeatest, but I doubt I’ll be able to change my body much without more “professional” help (i.e. personal trainer) but I’ll see how well I get along on my own first.
Goals for the balance of the month include:
- 2+ cardio classes per week (Tuesday + Friday, maybe Saturday)
- 100 (modified) push ups every push up evening
- Swimming once a week (Mondays probably)
- Yoga once a week. (Saturday or Sunday)
