ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG
Well, maybe not. But I'm nervous all the same. My Mazda3 was returned like mid-March the day after my dad flew out to spend three-ish months in Hong Kong/China, and immediately upon his return I realized just how much of a pain it is to not have my own car. And being the spoiled chinese girl that I am, I want my own car.
Last night we hit up the Honda dealership (since there are no more 2009 Mazda3's and the 2010 version looks like a big dumb emoticon) to test out the 2009 Honda fit. I liked it. The inside feels big and boxy while the outside doesn't look like a toaster on wheels. The gas mileage is insane for a non-hybrid car (even more so on the manual transmission) and the trunk can hold many many MANY unicycles.
Sat around for a few hours trying to hash out a price in three different languages. (Well, my parents and the salesman did) Now the sale is pending whether or not we can fudge an incentive program, and also if I can get a bank loan to pay off the car.
But assuming all goes according to plan, I may be driving one of these things next week.

P.S. Who wants to teach me how to drive a manual transmission?!?
