Week Four Day One

once again i stopped between the fourth and final set a little too long, maybe 3 or so minutes because i got distracted.
i keep forgetting and right now it seems doing these sets after showering before bed is good because then my muscles will get ultimate rest when i go to sleep.
i am really really happy with the results so far because i couldn’t do 30 push ups when i started, and just over half way through the program i am able to do 1/3 of my final goal of 100 pushups in one set.
this really feels like a do-able goal. and that excites me.
