my arm is going to fall off

seriously. I spent like an hour playing catch (involved a lot of running, bah) after spending 2 hours at the gyme, and my right shoulder feels like it doesn't have the strength to keep my arm in its socket. and I do it all again tomorrow (the gyme, not so sure about the playing catch) p.s. I throw like a girl when my arm is tired. it's HORRIBLE
