I need to get going more often.
I finally got to the gym today, after probably many days of not going (at least a week). I did my normal 30 minutes on the crosstrainer, then hit the cable weights. Since I haven’t done it in a while and I noticed how every other time I hit heavier weights, I went for super light weights. 15lbs on the chest fly, 3 sets of 20 reps, and 10lbs on the bicep and tricep curls. 3 sets of 15 for those. Then 30lbs on the back pull thing for 3 sets of 15, before doing the crunch machine for 40lbs in sets of 20-15-10-5.
Of course since it was such a nice day outside I then went and played catch/baseball. During such events I think I hurt my right shoulder from throwing too hard without warming up my arm first, hurt my left shoulder by putting my arms above my head and bringing them back down ackwardly, and I may have shinsplints in my left shin because it started hurting after a lot of running after the ball.
